Job summary

Proficio is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the US. The role requires travel and is based out of a major US metro area with an established home office within 45 minutes of a major airport.

You will support the internal sales team and PoC customers by designing and implementing solutions that showcase Proficio’s capabilities in perimeter and endpoint security, SIEM, and incident response. Excellent communication and technical presentation are essential to win PoCs and close deals.

Qualifications

• Experience with PoC support and technical demonstrations for potential customers.
• Ability to design and deliver PoC reports and SIEM dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of perimeter, endpoint security, SIEM, and incident response.
• Experience in a services/consulting or pre-sales environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a technical resource to drive sales during PoCs, including reports and dashboards in SIEM.
• Design and execute demos to demonstrate security monitoring capabilities.
• Support sales to close deals with potential Proficio customers.
• Escalate technical issues to support the sales team.
• Provide industry expert selling practices and differentiate Proficio’s offerings.
