Southern Industries Home Improvement is seeking an experienced Production Installer for home renovations in Knoxville, TN. This full-time role offers a high-volume, year-round workload with all materials provided and a strong benefits package.

As a W-2 employee, you’ll join a family-owned company committed to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on every job site. You will measure, cut, and fit materials per standards, demonstrate craftsmanship, and coordinate with our production team to

What You’ll Do:

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation
• Communicate clear with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite
• Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly
• Represent SouthernIndustries in a professional manner while on site

What You Need:

• Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2yearspreferred)
• Avaliddriver’s license
• Ability to lift to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Abilityto work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite
• Willingness to complybackgroundchecksand drug screeningif required
