Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Surgical ICU (SICU). The role supports RNs and medical staff in delivering high-quality care, evaluating patient conditions, managing caregiver schedules, and improving unit policies.

The position requires a BSN, 2+ years ICU experience, and current RN licensure with BLS; ACLS is preferred for Critical Care areas. This full-time, day-shift role is based in Cleveland, OH.

Formación

• BSN required.
• 2+ years of recent critical care (ICU) experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS preferred in CCU areas.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Nurse Manager with supervising RNs and nursing staff.
• Oversee admissions, assess patient needs, and initiate care plans.
• Evaluate and document patient progress.
• Develop and evaluate unit nursing programs and objectives.
• Assist with policies to ensure efficient health services delivery.
• Act as liaison between manager, caregivers and other areas.
