Corewell Health in Royal Oak, MI, is seeking highly motivated Advanced Practice Providers for a full-time SICU role in a Level I trauma center. You will work closely with physicians, manage critically ill trauma and surgical patients, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.

This position involves mostly midnight shifts with some flexibility to meet department needs. The role requires an APP with a Master's degree (Nursing or PA), Michigan license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or PA studies required.
• 1–3 years of Advanced Practice Provider experience preferred.
• State of Michigan NP/PA license required.
• AHA/ARC BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the physical and psychosocial status of patients using interviews, history, exams and tests.
• collaborates with physicians on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Writes prescriptions for medications and blood products per protocols.
• Provides on-call coverage and participates in rounds.
