Job summary

Henry Ford Health Macomb Hospital is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Critical Care team in the MICU and SICU. You will deliver comprehensive inpatient care to critically ill patients, serving as a first-line provider responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team.

• Minimum 1 year ICU/critical care experience as an APP.
• Current Michigan APP licensure or in-process.
• National certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA).
• BLS and ACLS required (or obtained after hire).
• DEA registration/credentialing required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient care to critically ill patients in MICU and SICU.
• Perform assessments, diagnosis, treatment, education, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, nursing staff, and care team.
• Perform procedures consistent with credentialing and training.
