Corewell Health's Dearborn ICU is seeking a night-shift RN to join the Surgical 3NW team, a full-time, 36-hour weekly unit caring for critically ill patients. You will apply the nursing process, partner with patients and families, and deliver education and discharge planning in a Level II trauma center.

The role requires active MI RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and ICU experience preferred; the department offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing must be obtained within 5 years.
• MI RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months.
• Specialty certification recommended within 2 years.
• Direct inpatient care experience preferred, ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care following the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and evaluate plans of care.
• Document education and patient progress in health records.
