Pfizer is seeking a Medical Director to lead the Sickle Cell Disease portfolio within US Medical Affairs. The role focuses on strategic medical leadership, data interpretation, and collaboration with global teams to inform clinical guidance and communications to healthcare professionals.

The incumbent will build expert knowledge, develop thought leader relationships, and guide medical publications and education initiatives while working in a matrix environment. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Breadth of leadership experience and ability to coach others.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical affairs settings.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
