Pfizer is seeking a Medical Director to lead the Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) therapeutics within US Medical Affairs-Hematology-Endocrine. You will provide leadership, strategic medical oversight, and scientific expertise across the lifecycle of this portfolio, including a compound in clinical development.

You will build thought leader relationships, identify care gaps, and support US Medical Affairs plans in collaboration with Global Medical Affairs and other functions.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO with 4+ years in pharma industry, clinical/medical practice, or combination
• Experience in SCD and Medical Affairs preferred
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Ability to build internal and external relationships and work in a matrix organization

Aufgaben

• Lead and execute US medical strategies for the SCD portfolio
• Review and approve promotional materials for fair balance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define US strategic direction
• Plan and lead advisory boards, congress activities, and publications planning
• Provide expert medical input and education to HCPs and internal stakeholders
• Support internal medical training and development materials
