Pfizer is seeking a Medical Director within US Medical Affairs to lead the Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) portfolio, providing medical strategy, expertise, and lifecycle understanding for all US SCD activities. The role includes thought-leader engagement and collaboration with Global Medical Affairs to support the US plan.

The candidate will coordinate internal and external medical initiatives, develop physician-facing resources, and serve as a reliable source of scientific knowledge across data sets

• Support US medical strategies and tactics for SCD portfolio.

• Contribute to publication planning and data generation for clinician education.
• Provide evidence-based medical expertise on data, disease state, and labeling.
