The position requires a terminal doctorate with 5+ years in pharma/clinical practice, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a matrix environment. Onsite work is required at Pfizer sites in the US.

Formación

• PhD or PharmD with 5+ years in pharma industry, clinical/medical setting, or both.
• Strong SCD knowledge; Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build internal/external relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead medical strategies for SCD in US Medical Affairs Hematology-Endocrine.
• Develop and maintain thought leader relationships in SCD.
• Review and approve promotional/non-promotional materials for fair balance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive US brand strategy.
• Lead advisory boards, congress planning, and publications activities.
• Provide medical expertise and education to internal/external stakeholders.
• Support training materials and medical presentations.
