Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Simulator Second in Command to support recurrent, initial, and generic training within established curricula. The role involves serving as SIC for multi-crew flight training and maintaining currency across required certificates and ratings.

You will operate as SIC in various aircraft for Part 142, Part 135, and non-FAA clients, ensuring readiness and safety while adapting to schedule pressures in a dynamic training environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate category, class and instrument ratings; minimum of 450 hours.
• Fluency in English in verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and write.

Responsibilities

• Act as Second-in-Command for clients in multi-crew aircraft training.
• Maintain SIC qualification per program requirements and QMS.
• Keep current all certificates, ratings and designations for SIC duties.
• Operate as SIC in various aircraft for Part 142, Part 135, and non-FAA clients.
