FlightSafety International is seeking a Simulator Second in Command to support multi-crew training programs and act as second-in-command for internal and external pilots during Recurrent, Initial or generic courses within the established curriculum.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years related experience, a Commercial Pilot Certificate with 450 hours, fluent English, excellent cockpit communication, and the ability to work under pressure; a second language may be

• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Excellent cockpit verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Second-in-Command for clients in multi-crew aircraft training.
• Maintain SIC qualification per program requirements and company QMS.
• Keep current all required certificates, ratings, and designations.
• Serve as SIC for Part 142, Part 135, and non-FAA clients as needed.
