Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Service Management leader to coordinate cross-provider delivery and governance for mission-critical services.

The successful candidate will align processes, establish clear accountability, and help mature our service landscape across multiple vendors and internal teams. You will own ITIL-aligned practices with ServiceNow reporting, manage incident/problem/change workflows, and drive continual improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of IT service management experience.
• ITIL-aligned expertise with ServiceNow reporting capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and stakeholder groups.
