NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a SIAM Service Integration Lead to coordinate cross-provider IT service delivery and governance within a federal Service Integration and Management environment. This senior role supports a federal customer and collaborates with partners to deliver dependable services and measurable user outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT service management or enterprise service delivery, incl. 3+ years in service integration/leadership.
• ITIL-aligned incident, problem, request, knowledge, and change management expertise.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong ServiceNow reporting, governance, escalation, and service performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-provider service integration across service desk, apps, cybersecurity, governance, and other providers.
• Maintain service management plans, matrices, catalogs, runbooks, escalation paths and logs.
• Coordinate incident, request, problem, knowledge, change, and continual-improvement processes in ServiceNow workflows.
• Ensure cross-functional cases have accountable ownership and verified closure.
• Track inter-provider dependencies, risks, escalations, and corrective actions.
• Facilitate governance and performance reviews with federal approval authorities.
• Use service measures and root-cause findings to drive improvements and auditable outcomes.
