• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-provider IT service delivery and governance.
• Maintain service plans, catalogs, runbooks, and escalation paths.
• Drive incident, problem, change, and continual improvement processes.
