Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Manager, Modern IT Service Management to design and engineer SIAM-driven ITSM solutions for large, complex enterprise environments. The role focuses on platform-agnostic ITSM engineering, operating model transformation, and governance across multiple suppliers.

Responsibilities include designing SIAM models, engineering ITSM solutions across ServiceNow, BMC Helix, and Jira Service Management, and translating process architecture into practical operating models

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in IT service management or ITSM platform engineering.
• Experience designing SIAM models and multi-supplier integration.
• Hands-on configuring ITSM platforms across at least two major tools.

Responsibilities

• Design SIAM models and governance structures for multi-vendor environments.
• Engineer platform-agnostic ITSM solutions across tooling like ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
• Redesign operating models with defined roles, teams, and decision rights.
• Design and re-engineer ITSM processes across incident, problem, change, and more.
• Define data, APIs, and reporting for the SIAM layer across suppliers.
• Produce implementation-ready deliverables for delivery teams and partners.
• Support client engagement and business development with technical depth.
