Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Manager, Modern IT Service Management to design and engineer SIAM and ITSM solutions for large enterprise environments. The role focuses on platform-agnostic engineering and operating-model transformation across multiple tooling ecosystems.

The candidate will move between process detail and the broader service model, ensuring run-time viability and practical governance. Travel 25%–100% may be required as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• SIAM design experience across multi-vendor environments.
• Hands-on ITSM tooling configuration across platforms.
• Ability to translate process architecture into operating models.
• Familiarity with ITIL 4 concepts in DevOps/agile contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design SIAM models and governance structures across multi-vendor environments.
• Engineer platform-agnostic ITSM solutions with cross-tool configurations.
• Redesign operating models and define roles, teams, and governance forums.
• Design and re-engineer ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, request, config, knowledge).
• Define data, APIs, and reporting for SIAM visibility across suppliers.
• Produce implementation-ready deliverables for delivery teams and suppliers.
• Support client engagement, proposals, and workshops to define SIAM/ITSM requirements.
