Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Manager, Modern IT Service Management to design and engineer SIAM-based ITSM solutions for large, complex enterprise environments. You will work across process, data, and platform design to enable a coherent service model across multiple suppliers.

The role involves defining SIAM architecture, reporting requirements, and operating model transformations, with travel up to 25-100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT service management, service integration, or ITSM platform engineering experience.
• 7+ years designing or implementing SIAM models.
• 5+ years configuring or specifying ITSM platforms across multiple tooling.
• 3+ years ITIL 4 with practical application in design contexts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Design SIAM models and architecture documentation for multi-vendor environments.
• Engineer ITSM solutions across multiple tooling platforms.
• Redesign operating models with role definitions and governance forums.
• Design and re-engineer ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, etc.).
• Define data and reporting requirements for SIAM layer.
• Produce implementation-ready deliverables for delivery teams and suppliers.
• Support client engagement and business development with technical depth.
