Responsibilities

• Design SIAM models including service integration layer and governance.
• Engineer platform-agnostic ITSM solutions across multiple tooling.
• Redesign operating models with defined roles, teams, and governance forums.
• Design and re-engineer ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, request, config, knowledge).
• Define data flows, APIs, and reporting to give SIAM visibility across suppliers.
• Produce implementation-ready deliverables: architectures, blueprints, and transition plans.
• Support client engagements and business development with technical depth.
