Job summary

Accenture in Minnesota seeks an experienced Manager, Modern IT Service Management to design and engineer SIAM-based ITSM solutions for large, multi-vendor environments. You will define integration touchpoints, govern supplier interfaces, and translate process architectures into run-ready operating models.

Responsibilities include creating platform-agnostic ITSM patterns across ServiceNow, BMC Helix, and Jira Service Management, redesigning operating models, and delivering detailed process

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of IT service management, service integration, or ITSM platform engineering in multi-supplier environments.
• Minimum 7+ years designing or implementing SIAM models including governance and integration between providers.
• Minimum 5+ years configuring ITSM platforms across two major toolsets.
• Minimum 3+ years of ITIL 4 with practical application, including DevOps/adaptive delivery contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with 12+ years total (or 6+ years if Associate’s).

Responsibilities

• Design SIAM models and governance structures for multi-vendor environments.
• Engineer platform-agnostic ITSM solutions across multiple tooling.
• Redesign operating models and define roles, teams, and governance forums.
• Develop end-to-end ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, request, configuration, knowledge).
• Define data flows and reporting for the SIAM layer.
• Create implementation-ready deliverables and transition plans.
• Support client engagements and business development with technical depth.
