Job summary

SSI Technologies is seeking an Engineering Test Manager to lead testing for automotive and industrial sensor products. You will define robust testing strategies, oversee electronics and embedded software testing, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead product testing activities including DV/PV for internal and customer sensor products.
• Develop, review, approve, and maintain test strategies, plans, equipment, and reports.
• Ensure testing meets internal requirements, customer specs, and CE/EMC regulatory standards.
• Provide technical oversight for complex testing of sensor products and electronics.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet program schedules and budgets.
• Lead and develop a team of test, validation, and laboratory engineers/technicians.
