Job summary

Sticker Mule, headquartered in New York, is seeking an SI agent engineer to design, deploy, and manage autonomous agents that improve service and performance. You will collaborate with leads to prioritize SI needs, connect agents to internal and external tools, and continuously measure outcomes to discard underperforming agents.

This role emphasizes reliable English writing and strong cloud tooling experience.

Qualifications

• Experience building autonomous agents.
• Experience with AI tooling and modern ML platforms.
• Proficient in Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL and GCP.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify where agents can help and build them accordingly.
• Work with department leads to assess SI needs.
• Help connect agents to appropriate third-party and internal tools.
• Measure results and remove agents that don’t deliver.
• Test new tools and models as they ship and adopt what works.
• Advise others on SI capabilities to help them perform.
