Job summary

Sticker Mule, LLC is hiring an engineer to build, run and manage a team of SI agents to help us innovate faster, improve performance, and better serve customers.

In this role you will identify where agents can help, partner with department leads to assess SI needs, connect agents to third‑party and internal tools, and measure results to remove underperformers. You’ll test new tools and share what works with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience building autonomous agents delivering meaningful work.
• Proficient with Grok, Claude, OpenAI and open-source tooling.
• Proficient in Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and GCP.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Requirements

1. Experience building agents that run on their own and do meaningful work
2. Strong with Grok, Claude, OpenAI, and open source
3. Comfortable in Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, GCP
4. Writes clearly in English

Compensation

1. Salary: $150,000–$250,000 USD
2. $20,000 signing bonus
3. 4 weeks vacation + country-specific holidays
4. Fully remote
