Job summary

Sticker Mule in the United States is seeking an engineer to build, run and manage a team of AI agents to help innovate faster, improve performance, and better serve customers.

You will identify where agents can help, work with department leads to assess AI needs, and connect agents to appropriate third‑party and internal tools while measuring results and retiring underperformers.

This position is fully remote with a competitive compensation package and four weeks vacation.

Qualifications

• Experience building autonomous agents that perform meaningful work.
• Strong experience with Grok, Claude, OpenAI, and open‑source AI tools.
• Comfortable programming in Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent English writing.

Responsibilities

• Identify where agents can help and build them accordingly.
• Collaborate with department leads to assess AI needs.
• Connect agents to appropriate third‑party and internal tools.
• Measure results and retire agents that underperform.
• Test new tools and models and adopt effective ones.
• Advise others on AI capabilities to improve performance.
