Job summary

Sticker Mule is seeking an AI agent engineer to build and run autonomous agents that accelerate product development and customer support. You will lead the agent stack and work with engineering teams to measure impact.

Requirements include hands-on experience with Grok, Claude, OpenAI, and open source tools; proficiency in Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and GCP; and clear English communication. This is a fully remote role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience building autonomous agents.
• Proficient with Grok, Claude, OpenAI and open-source tools.
• Strong programming skills in Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres and GCP.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify where agents can help and build them accordingly.
• Collaborate with department leads to assess AI needs.
• Connect agents to 3rd-party and internal tools.
• Measure results and prune underperforming agents.
• Test new tools and models and adopt effective ones.
