Job summary

Vail Resorts in Kirkwood, California, is seeking a Shuttle Reservations Agent for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period. You will create an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests by booking shared shuttles, private cars, and charter vans using our reservation system, and by understanding our products to guide transportation choices.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. Fluency in English is required, and part-time hours with housing availability are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
• Create and update reservations for shared shuttles, private cars, and charter vans.
• Understand products and services to provide guests with suitable transportation options.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with both guests and coworkers in a high‑paced, busy atmosphere.
• Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations, and group sales representatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

You will be expected to understand our services and products so that you can coordinate and book the guests’ travel needs.
