Job summary

Vail Resorts in Kirkwood, CA seeks a Reservation Agent to create an Experience of a Lifetime by providing local expertise and guidance for shuttle buses, private cars, and charter vans using our reservation system. You will coordinate and book guests’ travel needs with knowledge of our services and products.

No formal experience is required; we will teach you the necessary skills. Fluency in English and a willingness to learn are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
• Create and update reservations for shared shuttles, private cars, and charter vans.
• Understand products and services to provide guests with options that meet transportation needs.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with guests and coworkers in a fast-paced, busy atmosphere.
• Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations, and group sales representatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr – $23.00/hr.
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.
• Shift Type: Part‑time hours available.
• Minimum Age: 18 years or older.
• Housing Availability: Yes.
