Vail Resorts is hiring Front Desk Associates for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 at our mountain resort. You’ll be the face of the hotel, greeting guests and helping ensure a memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out.

If you enjoy hospitality and speaking with people from around the world, this is a great starting point with upward mobility. The position offers a starting wage of $7.21–$9.77 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum for tipped roles.

As the Front Desk Associates, you are the face of the hotel! You are the first point of contact for all guests and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Associate is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage:$7.21/hr - $9.77/hr

• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
