Experience in shuttle or parking management roles.
Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license; experience operating various vehicle types is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in diverse settings.
Attention to accuracy and accountability.
Familiarity with parking operations or retail math enhances your ability to manage daily tasks efficiently.

Responsabilidades

Supervise shuttle drivers and staff to ensure efficient vehicle handling and customer interactions.
Maintain clear communication with team members, guests, and management to address needs promptly.
Operate shuttle during business hours.
Monitor parking lot conditions, ensuring safety protocols are followed and the area remains secure.
Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities/vehicles, identifying maintenance needs or safety hazards.
