Job summary

Ace Parking is seeking a Shuttle Program Manager in Seattle to oversee passenger transportation to and from designated locations. You will uphold our culture of accountability, exceptional service, and profitability, ensuring safe, timely shuttle operations and customer satisfaction.

Required are a high school diploma, 2+ years of driving a commercial vehicle, CDL with passenger endorsement, clean driving record, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Safely operate shuttle vehicles and follow traffic laws and company policies.

• Ensure passenger safety and assist with luggage and boarding when needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
