Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels seeks a Shuttle Captain to lead and execute the hotel shuttle operation. The role combines active driving with leadership, scheduling, staffing, and safety oversight to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests and airline crews.

You will personally handle shuttle runs while guiding the team, maintaining coverage across all shifts, and coordinating with front desk for delays and needs. This is a working leadership position within the shuttle team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, working leader responsible for shuttle operation and safety.
• Must regularly drive and coordinate shuttle activities with the team.
• Balance leadership with daily driving duties and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily/weekly shuttle driver schedules based on occupancy and events.
• Personally perform airport pickups and other shuttle runs as part of duties.
• Maintain coverage across shifts including early mornings and nights.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and hotel leadership on shuttle locations and needs.
• Lead from the driver's seat and supervise the team through operations.
