Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a friendly Van Driver to provide safe, reliable shuttle transportation for guests. You’ll welcome guests, assist with luggage, and help with directions while maintaining a strong knowledge of local roads and attractions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate hotel shuttle vans and transportation vehicles.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of local roads, airports and attractions.
• Flexibility with morning/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, friendly shuttle transportation for guests to airports, attractions and venues.
• Welcome guests, assist with luggage, loading/unloading and transportation support.
• Maintain knowledge of local routes and attractions.
• Ensure shuttle vehicles remain clean, fueled, and guest-ready during shifts.
• Complete routine vehicle inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Bell Services, Concierge, Security and leadership.
• Assist guests with directions and local recommendations as needed.
• Maintain transportation logs and shuttle schedules per procedures.
• Follow traffic laws and safety procedures at all times.
• Support group arrivals and special events as needed.
