Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels seeks a Shuttle Driver Captain (Supervisor) to lead the shuttle/transportation operation on a hands-on basis. You will manage schedules, perform airport runs, and ensure safety and exemplary guest service as part of daily operations.

You will balance leadership with driving duties, coordinating with Front Desk and hotel leadership to guarantee timely arrivals, departures, and a superior guest experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on working leader responsible for shuttle operation.
• Ability to balance driving duties with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication with Front Desk and hotel leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily/weekly shuttle driver schedules.
• Personally perform airport pickups and shuttle runs.
• Maintain coverage across all shifts, including early mornings and nights.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules proactively.
• Coordinate shuttle changes with guest arrivals and airline crews.
