Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation seeks a friendly Van Driver to provide safe, efficient shuttle services for guests, with emphasis on welcoming interactions and helpful guest assistance. You will load/unload luggage, navigate local routes, and coordinate with front desk and bell staff to ensure seamless transportation experiences.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous driving, transportation, or guest service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to operate hotel shuttle vans safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, friendly shuttle transportation for guests to airports, attractions, and designated destinations.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and loading/unloading.
• Maintain knowledge of local roads, routes and attractions.
• Keep shuttle vehicles clean, fueled, and guest-ready.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to leadership.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to support smooth guest transportation.
• Maintain transportation logs and shuttle schedules.
• Follow all traffic laws and hotel procedures.
• Support events and group transportation as needed.
