Job summary

LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Shuttle Operations to lead a large-scale transportation operation. You will partner with the General Manager to drive strategy, oversee daily shuttle activities, and ensure safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes developing leaders, setting performance targets, and delivering strong financial results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and ability to maintain required driving qualifications and MVR.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in transportation/logistics.
Experience managing supervisors, managers, or large operational teams.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: develop and execute operational and business strategies with the GM.
Oversee daily shuttle operations, route management, staffing, and resources.
Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality customer service across our shuttle ops.
Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Engage with clients, airport stakeholders, and partners to ensure satisfaction.
