Job summary

LAZ Parking—Denver region is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Shuttle Operations. You will partner with the GM to drive the operation, lead managers and frontline staff, and ensure safety, service, and financial performance in a large shuttle program at a major airport.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, operational excellence, and developing future leaders in a dynamic, seven-days-a-week environment with potential schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and ability to maintain driving qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in transportation or shuttle operations.
• Experience managing large teams and operational performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, safety programs, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to develop and execute operational and business strategies.
• Oversee daily shuttle transportation operations, including fleet utilization, route management, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Lead managers, supervisors, and frontline employees to drive safety, service excellence, and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, federal, state, local regulations and airport requirements.
