Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Shuttle Manager in Boston, MA to oversee on-site shuttle operations under the Director of Operations. You will support 24/7 management, coordinate staffing, training, and driver performance while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to LAZ standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with HR for staffing, leading meetings, managing payroll processes, and driving improvements across routes and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Valid DOT Certification and at least 2 years of licensed driving experience.
• Unexpired Medical Certificate or ability to pass a physical.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations in 3 years and no DUI convictions.
• No active reckless driving violations (within 3 years).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Director of Operations and Shuttles Supervisor weekly to review team performance and discuss actions.
• Meet with client weekly to ensure expectations are met and discuss opportunities.
• Pre-Shift drivers scheduled daily to ensure preparedness and clear responsibilities.
• Manage call-offs, no-shows, and shift coverage.
• Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with payroll and HR for wage compliance.
