Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid CA Class C Driver’s License required.
• Clean driving record with no limitations.
• Comfort driving large vehicles (averaging 24’).
• Fluency or strong value in Spanish is a plus.
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and browsers.

Responsibilities

• Drive program vehicles safely to predefined locations.
• Check safety restraints and vehicle cleanliness.
• Load guests safely and assist with wheelchair lifts when needed.
• Plan daily routes and generate route/maintenance reports.
• Collaborate with a partner to address maintenance issues.
• Support shelter activities including meals, laundry and cleanliness.
