Job summary

Mercedes-Benz is seeking a Shuttle Driver / Service Porter to transport customers to and from the dealership and assist with service-related duties. The role requires reliable, customer-focused individuals who can work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and uphold a high standard of vehicle and facility care.

You'll drive the shuttle, keep areas clean, and support the service team with various porter tasks.

• Able to manage time effectively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from designated locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the dealership professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
• Plan efficient driving routes and adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist with cleaning dealership facilities, customer areas, and service lanes.
• Empty trash and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with snow removal and ice management during winter conditions.
• Support the service department with porter duties as needed.
• Perform vehicle movements around the dealership when required.
• Complete additional facility or dealership support tasks during downtimes.
