Job summary

Sames Auto Group is seeking a Service Porter to move dealer and customer vehicles, assist the service department, and coordinate with detailing. You will drive various vehicle types, including manual and automatic transmissions, and support vehicle preparation for trades or arrivals from manufacturers.

The role emphasizes reliable vehicle handling, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean service drive area, with potential evening, holiday, and weekend hours as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and comprehension).
• Ability to retrieve, load and deliver items up to 75 lbs in operable condition.
• Good customer relations and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles for customers upon delivery and drop-off.
• Safely deliver customer vehicles from storage to service drive.
• Provide routine maintenance and cleaning of service areas and restrooms as scheduled.
• Attend scheduled meetings and follow all laws and regulations related to the job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
