Job summary

Carlock Volkswagen of North Nashville is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver/Porter to transport customers safely from the dealership to their home or business and back, with courtesy and professionalism.

You will operate a passenger van (up to 15 passengers), assist passengers in and out, monitor fuel and maintenance, run dealership errands, and perform custodial and light building tasks when not driving. Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent is required for all employees.
• Current valid driver’s license (not necessarily a CDL) is required for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Drive shuttle vehicle (up to 15 passengers) and transport customers to destinations as directed.
• Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Follow customers’ directions to reach the destination.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel levels and overall readiness.
• Run dealership errands and pick up materials when required.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Keep shuttle vehicles clean and well-maintained when not in use.
