Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a guest-focused Shuttle Driver to greet guests, assist with transportation to and from the property, and operate a variety of fleet vehicles. The role involves helping guests with events and amenities and ensuring safe, courteous transport across the property and surrounding areas.

The position requires a valid class D license and the ability to handle cash and use basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet guests and provide information about casino events and amenities.
• Must be able to drive fleet vehicles and transport guests and team members safely.
• Must be able to rent mobility aids to guests and answer phones.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook) and Windows.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide superior guest service and information about events and amenities.
• Safely pick up and return guests to their vehicles.
• Drive fleet vehicles to various locations on and off property.
• Rent scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers to guests.
• Answer phones and dispatch Island Ride calls by radio.
• Keep vehicles fueled and clean, interior and exterior.
