Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Irving, TX seeks a friendly Bell Staff member to greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide outstanding front-desk style service. You will carry baggage, tag and store luggage, and shuttle guests safely, while knowing hotel facilities and hours to direct guests accurately.

Promote hotel amenities such as restaurant, lounge, spa, and respond to bell service requests within two minutes, ensuring every guest feels welcome.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel, hold the front doors as they enter and exit, and provide excellent guest service.
• Carry baggage to the guest's room, tag and store luggage, and maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing luggage.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Know hotel property, operations, and staff hours; give clear directions to facilities and local attractions.
• Recommend and upsell hotel amenities (restaurant, lounge, spa, etc.).
• Respond to bell service requests within 2 minutes.
