Job summary

Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott is hiring a full-time Bell/ Shuttle Agent to provide outstanding guest service. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and safely operate the hotel shuttle while offering directions and information about local attractions.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Able to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven experience with strong customer service including handling guest concerns.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving and departing; provide excellent guest service.
• Carry and tag luggage; manage incoming/outgoing luggage records.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Know hotel facilities, hours, and local attractions; give directions.
• Upsell hotel amenities (restaurant, lounge, spa, etc.).
• Respond to bell services requests within 2 minutes.
