Location: Woodlands of College Station

Schedule: Part‑Time | Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $13.50

About the Role

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely and courteously transporting students and guests between the property and designated nearby locations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports resident satisfaction, community engagement, and the overall reputation of the property by providing reliable and professional transportation services.

Essential Job Functions
  • Safely operate a company‑owned shuttle vehicle in compliance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws
  • Transport students and guests to approved routes and destinations (e.g., offices, transit hubs, shopping areas, events)
  • Maintain scheduled shuttle routes and adhere to assigned pickup and drop‑off times
  • Provide friendly, professional, and respectful customer service to all passengers
  • Assist passengers with entry, exit, and loading personal belongings when appropriate
  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle at all times
  • Accurately complete daily logs, mileage records, and inspection reports
  • Communicate effectively with property management regarding delays, incidents, or resident feedback
  • Observe and enforce vehicle safety rules, including seatbelt use and passenger conduct
  • Support property events or special transportation needs as scheduled
  • Immediately report accidents, safety hazards, or violations per company policy
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
