Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Shuttle Driver to join our transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating shuttle vehicles to transport passengers and goods across designated routes. Your energetic approach and excellent customer service skills will ensure a positive experience for all riders while maintaining the highest standards of safety and vehicle maintenance. Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles along specified routes, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers or cargo.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting riders warmly, assisting with boarding, and addressing inquiries professionally.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, lights, and other safety features.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance needs.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety for passengers, pedestrians, and other drivers.
• Perform light vehicle maintenance tasks such as cleaning the interior/exterior and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo or luggage, including heavy lifting when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar commercial driving roles such as limousine or school bus driving.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; appropriate endorsements for passenger or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo or luggage.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify potential issues early.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow detailed routes and schedules accurately while maintaining safety standards.

Pay

From $16.00 per hour.
