Job summary

SP+ is seeking a shuttle driver in Buffalo, NY. You will operate shuttle buses, assist customers, and ensure safety and cleanliness inside the vehicle. A valid driver's license and DMV record are required; previous customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate with customers.

• Physical Demands: lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of bus interiors.
• Log trip counts, fuel buses, and assist disabled passengers.
• Be punctual and in uniform; possess a valid driver’s license with DMV record.
• Assist customers, report incidents, and coordinate with Facility Manager.
• Occasionally substitute for cashiers or valets as needed.
