Job summary

SP+ is hiring at our Billings location to perform vehicle inspections, keep buses clean, fuel vehicles, log trips, and assist disabled passengers. A valid driver’s license with a good record is required, plus a DOT medical card and availability for shifts including weekends. Pay is $22.00 per hour plus tips, with health and retirement benefits offered.

Expect neat appearance in uniform, customer service focus, and adherence to safety policies while supporting facility operations and team members.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or up to one month related experience.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability for special shifts, including weekends or 3rd shift if needed.
• Language: read/write simple correspondence; communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Math: basic arithmetic with money.
• Appearance: neat, clean in uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: stand/walk, lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of bus interiors.
• Fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
• Be punctual and present in uniform for every scheduled shift.
• Maintain valid license and driving record; comply with DMV rules.
• Assist customers; refer to Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate issues to garage office; cover cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Know all garage areas, major streets, landmarks and freeways.
• Assist customers with luggage or travel items when applicable.
• Support Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
