Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring for a frontline role in Cleveland, OH. You will perform vehicle inspections, assist customers, and help maintain a safe, organized garage environment. A valid driver’s license and 3rd shift/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and employees.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction and handling money.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and assist disabled passengers.
• Maintain timely and uniform appearance; be at work as scheduled.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Assist customers and direct them to the Facility Manager if needed.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris or spills to garage office.
• Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when needed.
• Know the garage area and surrounding streets.
• Assist customers with luggage or items; operate shuttle if applicable.
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties.
