Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring shuttle operation personnel in Big Sky, MT. Responsibilities include safe operation of shuttle buses, vehicle inspections, assisting disabled passengers, and ensuring timely service in uniform.

Requirements include a state driver’s license with a clean DMV record, the ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends), and the capacity to lift up to 75 pounds. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and DMV record.
• Availability: Special shift requirements, including 3rd shift and/or weekends, may be required.
• Language: Ability to read and write basic instructions and communicate with customers.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math and money handling.
• Appearance: Neat, clean appearance and uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds, and use hands for cash/ equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of bus interiors.
• Fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
• Be punctual and in uniform for every shift.
• Have and maintain a valid state driver's license and DMV record.
• Assist customers and direct them to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris or spills to the garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when required.
• Know the garage areas and major streets and landmarks.
• Assist customers with luggage or travel items where applicable.
• Support the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
